Şebnem Tuncel Büyükkaya
Graduated from Ankara University Law School in 1995, Şebnem Tuncel Büyükkaya has been specialised on corporate law and commercial law. She has been working as the head of the legal department for 6 years in one of the leading groups of Turkey where she has been working as an in-house lawyer for 17 years. As a counsel of Büyükkaya, Mrs. Buyukkaya’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, company type changes, company valuation, incorporation, corporate transactions, drafting of commercial contracts and litigation. Her areas of expertise also include; mine law, real estate law on which she represents her clients before the administrative authorities to have necessary licences and leads the related litigation process.
