As founded Buyukkaya Law Firm in 2001, Erdal Büyükkaya has been giving legal assistance to Turkish and foreign clients on both corporate governance and dispute resolution/litigation matters since then. Mr. Büyükkaya, takes active role on every stage of the disputes of both domestic and foreign clients; as well as gives legal aid to his clients by participating the commercial and corporate matters as an external director. Mr. Büyükkaya has finalised more than 200.000 debt collection and restructuring projects.
